CAROLYN E. DOUGLAS, CFP®

Carolyn earned a degree in Personal Financial Planning from Baylor University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. As a member of the Financial Planning Association, she has served on the national Chapter Leadership Resource Council and chaired and served on numerous national FPA task forces. She formerly held the positions of Chairman and President of the Houston chapter of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Carolyn is also a member of the Houston Estate and Financial Forum and serves on the Houston Revels Board of Directors, a non-profit performing arts organization. She has over 35 years of fee-only financial planning experience including service with trust companies in the Houston area. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, three stepchildren and two grandchildren.

GEORGE M. DOUGLAS, CFA, CMT

Chief Investment Officer

George earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas and a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. George is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and a Chartered Market Technician® and is a member of the CFA Society and the CMT Association.

George brings his varied experience to Integra including 25 years as chief trust investment officer for two of Houston’s premier local banks and chief investment officer of one of Houston’s largest independent trust companies. George’s career has led him through many different investment disciplines, giving him greater insight into professional investment management. His varied background includes working as a sales manager for a residential home builder, a commodities trader with a multi-national firm and a municipal and government bond trader with a large regional bank before joining a local independent Houston trust company as bond trader, portfolio manager and eventually chief investment officer. George enjoys traveling and spending time with his family including his three children and two grandchildren.

ALICIA PENA

Financial Planning Analyst

Alicia Peña obtained her bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston where she was a member of the Hispanic Business Student Association. She is currently studying to sit for the CPA exams. Alicia is fluent in Spanish, and her prior experience includes working as a staff accountant at a law firm and a bookkeeper at a local tutoring company. Alicia is a native Houstonian having attended Westside High School. In her spare time, she enjoys running, going to her nephews' soccer games and pursuing artistic endeavors such as drawing.
